Sam, the owner is a stand up guy. extremely knowledable and patient. He was happy to answer my questions / queries even after his official work day finished. The only comment I will give, is that due to Sam's enthusiasm for his job, is that he tends to speak quite fast. “We used SNT to replace our bathroom. Sam was extremely accommodating of our plans and vision. The work involved replacing an existing bathroom wall, fitting a pocket door, and reconfiguring the bathroom layout. Throughout, communication was clear - we were kept up to date with photos, videos and messages. Sam and his team worked hard throughout, keeping the house clean and tidy. “I contacted Sam with a bit of an emergency as I live in a block of flats and someone had reported a smell of gas which was a minor gas leak from one of my pipes. He came the next day and repaired the pipe, tested and restored my supply. He kept me reassured & explained everything. Highly recommend and it is a coincidence we have the same initials/surname! Particularly impressed at the communications, as Sam and the team kept me regularly informed of progress, timings and any issues. I was 150 miles away and couldn't be at the house so Sam had the keys and managed the whole thing from rip out, re-plumbing, supplying the products, tiling and everything else. He planned the work in and assisted us with finding the right person if he wasn't able to complete certain aspects such as the Plastering. They did a fantastic job for a complete replacement of my bathroom including expanding it out by knocking down the walls between bathroom & toilet as well as co-coordinating the excellent plastering and tiling parts of the job. They then did a full removal & replacement of the back boiler system to install a new boiler, heating system and radiators. “Sam renovated our bathroom in February 2022. We had met 4-5 bathroom fitters in October 2021 and Sam stood out as someone who instantly understood our design ideas and was enthusiastic and excited to take on the job. He showed us photos of his own bathroom which coincidently had a similar style and also used the same crosswater products which was reassuring. We felt at ease with Sam and knowing it would be a big job, we knew we had to choose someone who was approachable and communicated well. We ordered all our bathroom fittings through BBS and as Sam works with them regularly, it made it easier. The installation took two weeks. My husband was available most days to discuss decisions along the way and I had plenty of WhatsApp msgs with Sam, which made it easier too. Sam and his team, Kieran and Cameron were professional, respectful and tidy. There were a couple of unfortunate challenges along the way but Sam’s moto ‘no problems, only solutions’ meant we were able to achieve the look we wanted without too much compromise. A big investment but we’re super happy with the end result!”

He fixed that in no time and arranged for a top quality tiler and electrician (all local) for when needed as well. He also got us a great discount on all the new things for the bathroom (shower, vanity unit etc) and was happy to think together about how to make it look fantastic as well as long-lasting without breaking the bank. “Sam was always responsive and available when I contacted him throughout the process. It was difficult at times with the various trades coming in and finishing their particular jobs, Sam was good at coordinating everyone and communicating what was needed etc. The tiling was a difficult part of the job and through difficulties with supply and ordering issues there was compromise on the style. But overall the finish is fantastic! I would recommend Sam, his approach is very professional and personable. He was a joy to work with. Would absolutely use him again.”

“Sam was recommended by a friend, and after meeting him for the first time I was happy knowing the job would get done, I let him have a spare key and we were in constant contact leading up to the work being done. I had a couple of minor things and a couple of bigger issues, including instalation of a bidet shower. I provided that but Sam had to source some parts which he wasn't able to do a straight swap for, as they were no longer available, so I was happy with the 280 pou ds he quoted. If he could have done it all in one day it would have been a good day pay day for him😁 But he needed to come back after the other parts he ordered had arrived, which worked out well as it gave us a few days to live with the things he'd done, and when I reported back that a couple of things either needed tightening or readjusting he was more than happy to re look at all the nigly bits, to make sure he was happy they were as they should be. All in all I was very happy with the service, the only thing I could have possibly complained about was that he missed a a rawl plug or two when tidying up after himself, but I didn't really care to much about that great work 👍🏼”
